The longer we are in this business, and the more people we meet in this industry - providers, agents, physicians, so-called physicians, patients, and "others" - we see that we conduct our business differently, partly due to our keen observance of medical ethics and focus on patient safety. We encourage every medical travel patient, provider, and partner to be aware of conflicts of interest and non-professional behavior especially as they apply in medical circles.

To medical travelers making their plans, please consider not only the business conduct of your medical providers and partners but also their observance of medical ethics and practices.

We are committed to the highest ethical, legal and professional standards and work with medical travel partners who share this commitment.

We are committed to the ethical and compassionate treatment of patients and compliance with established policies and statements of patient rights.

We conduct ourselves with honesty and integrity in our dealings with and on behalf of our clients and our medical travel partners. We are accountable for our conduct and for compliance with applicable laws.

We treat everyone with respect and dignity, and make no distinction based on medical condition, age, gender, disability, race, color, religion, national origin or place of residence.

We use confidential information only to carry out our work and do not share such information with others unless duly instructed by the patient or required on behalf of the patient. We place the interests of our patients above our own.

We deal with patients, payers, vendors, and providers with honesty and integrity. We do not condone price fixing. We do not accept discounts, commissions, or referral fees.

We do not pay referral fees. We do not accept or offer anything of value in exchange for referrals or promotion of business or of patients.
